Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in INR.
- Prices may be updated or revised without prior notice.
- Payment must be completed using authorized and secure payment gateways available on the website.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be longer during promotional periods, festivals or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping & Delivery
- Standard delivery timeline within India is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
- Ruya Ayurveda is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather disruptions or external factors beyond our control.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
You are eligible for a replacement only under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged, leaked or incorrect. For this please provide clear images along with a complete unboxing video showing the condition of the package at the time of opening.
- You inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds are issued only for orders cancelled prior to shipping or for orders that Ruya Ayurveda cannot fulfil.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of placing them or before the order is shipped — whichever occurs first. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, text, designs, product descriptions, brand elements and digital assets, is the exclusive property of Ruya Ayurveda.
Any unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
