At Ruya Ayurveda, we strive to ensure your products reach you safely, promptly and in perfect condition. Please read the shipping details below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.Orders placed during festivals, sales, weekends or peak seasons may require additional processing time.You will receive an order confirmation notification once your order is placed.
Shipping Timeline
Standard delivery time within India is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders sooner, while remote locations may take slightly longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors.
Shipping Charges
- Any shipping fees will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you complete your order.
- Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or above a specific order value.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link. You can track your package in real time through the courier’s tracking portal. If tracking details do not appear immediately, please allow a few hours for the courier system to update.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery to your address. If you are unavailable, they may attempt redelivery or contact you. Orders marked undeliverable due to wrong address or failed attempts may be returned to us.
Shipping Areas
We currently deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India. International shipping is not available at the moment. We will announce updates when this service launches.
Delivery Delays
While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier network issues
- Festivals, public holidays or strikes
- Remote delivery locations
- Ruya Ayurveda is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Damaged, Leaked or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and package
- A complete unboxing video showing the package being opened
- This is required to process a replacement smoothly.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delivery delays or cancellations.
