How can I track my order?

Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping is currently not available. We will update our customers once this service is introduced.
What is your return policy?
For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and haircare products cannot be returned once opened or used. However, if you receive a damaged, leaked or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
We request customers to record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package and send it to us within 24 hours of receiving the package. This helps us verify the issue and ensures a smooth and quick replacement process.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase or before the product has been shipped—whichever is earlier. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are provided only for cancelled orders (before shipping) or for orders that cannot be fulfilled from our end.
