Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be longer during promotional periods, festivals or unforeseen circumstances.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.You are eligible for a replacement only under the following conditions:
Refunds are issued only for orders cancelled prior to shipping or for orders that Ruya Ayurveda cannot fulfil.
Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of placing them or before the order is shipped — whichever occurs first. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
